Guthrie named new student trustee

In the short time that Shanice Guthrie has been attending Palm Beach State College, she has come to notice the strong unity among its diverse student population. However, she has also noticed that many students feel detached from the school.

Six PBSC students named to All-Florida Academic Team

Six Palm Beach State College students are among 141 students named to the 2018 All-Florida Academic Team for their academic achievement, leadership and service to the community.
They will be recognized at an awards ceremony and receive a medallion on April 6 in Tampa.

Anderson to explore global perspectives as PTK scholar

Dr. Roxanna Anderson, a psychology professor on the Boca Raton campus, was one of 30 faculty members chosen nationwide to serve as a 2016-17 Faculty Scholar for Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, the world’s largest honor society for two-year college students.
