Palm Beach State College has won a Medallion Award from the National Council for Marketing and Communications District II for a social media post featuring a video recap of the spring 2022 commencement ceremonies.
The Facebook post reached 91,164 people with nearly 700 engagements in less than 24 hours. PBSC wins regional and state marketing awards

Palm Beach State College has won four awards for marketing and communications projects from two organizations. District II of the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations gave PBSC two first-place Gold Medallion Awards for work created by members of the College Relations and Marketing department. In addition, CRM staff have been recognized with two Awards of Excellence from the Communications and Marketing Commission of the Association of Florida Colleges.

PBSC wins six regional NCMPR awards for communications

Palm Beach State College has won six Medallion Awards from the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations District II, including three first-place awards, for work produced by the College Relations and Marketing department.
The annual regional awards recognize outstanding achievement in communications at community and technical colleges in 11 Southeastern states, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. This year, there were more than 350 submissions in 38 categories.

PBSC wins national award for ‘one college’ video

Palm Beach State College has won a Paragon Award from the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations for a promotional video highlighting the College’s “Five Campuses, One College” concept.
The 1 ½-minute video won a third-place bronze award in the video shorts-single category. Produced in-house by Idalia Centeno, multimedia specialist in the College Relations and Marketing office, the video featured PBSC students, faculty and staff.

Palm Beach State College has garnered two Paragon Awards from the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations. This national competition is the only one of its kind that honors excellence among marketing and PR professionals at two-year colleges.
