Dr. Irving Berkowitz, dean of academic affairs for the Palm Beach State College Lake Worth campus, has received a fellowship to attend the “Teaching the Shoah and Antisemitism” Summer International Seminar in Israel.
The 140-hour intensive seminar at the International School for Holocaust Studies of Yad Vashem will bring together distinguished educators and scholars from around the world July 3-21 for lectures, pedagogic workshops, group discussions and survivor testimonies.
