Aspiring surgeon recognized by City of Greenacres for earning PBSC degree

Palm Beach State College alumnus Renaud Felix, Jr., of Greenacres, was recognized on Monday, Feb. 5, by the City of Greenacres Mayor Joel Flores and council members with a special certificate recognizing his outstanding academic achievement and dedication for earning a college degree before graduating high school.

City of Greenacres recognizes PBSC’s 90th anniversary

Palm Beach State College received a special proclamation recognizing its 90th anniversary from the City of Greenacres during a city council meeting on Monday, Oct. 2.
Accepting the honor on behalf of the College from Mayor Joel Flores was Provost of the Lake Worth campus Barbara Cipriano. Joining her from the College was Director of Corporate and Continuing Education Deborah Gordon, Dean of Student Services Ronnie Malave, and Business and Community Relations Director Matthew Lenihan.
