Individuals looking to quickly upskill, or reskill, to become more marketable in an economy impacted by COVID-19 will find scholarships and accelerated training opportunities at Palm Beach State College through a $1.3 million grant from the Florida Department of Education.

Lynnmarie Gomes Highsmith, a Trade and Industry program director at Palm Beach State College, has become a board member of the Florida Career Pathways Network. Palm Beach State College has been named Career and Technical Education Business Partner of the Year by the Palm Beach County School District’s Department of Choice and Career Options.
