Palm Beach State College professor Kristin Miller Hopkins and adjunct instructor Symantha Jones are two of 30 artists who were recently chosen to showcase their artwork in the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County’s Biennial 2021 exhibition.

The way Skip Measelle sees it, his life would not be what it is today were it not for Reuben Aldridge Hale, Jr.
“He was a master teacher and gifted artist whose influence and encouragement was pivotal in my career,” said Measelle, one of Hale’s former students who now owns an art studio in West Palm Beach.

Seventy-five Palm Beach State College art students will showcase their work in the 31st Annual Student Art Exhibition beginning April 4.
The exhibition runs through May 5 and is a showcase of the best artwork created by students from the Palm Beach Gardens campus. The opening reception will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. April 4. Both the reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
