The “Summer in the Gardens” exhibit featuring artworks by 19 teachers from the Palm Beach County Art Teachers Association will be on display at the Art Gallery at Eissey Campus beginning May 17.

Artworks shown will be photography, paintings, mixed media, ceramics and sculpture. The exhibit, which is free and open to the public, runs from May 17 to September 2. An opening reception will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. May 17.

“The Palm Beach County art teachers work outside their classrooms in their studios year round as an extension of themselves and their creative practice,” said President Sarah Davis. “This exhibition opportunity to showcase the byproduct of their individual achievements demonstrates the profound commitment of these individuals. I am proud to be among the passionate and hardworking members of this organization who often put their students before themselves.”
