The Gardens Mall is teaming up with Palm Beach State College Aug. 30 to benefit Panther’s Closet, a thrift-style store for students.
The mall is hosting “Cocktails for a Cause” from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Nordstrom Court. The event is open to the public. Admission is the donation of gently used clothing for adults or children. Attendees can RSVP at email@example.com.

Palm Beach State College architecture students worked late Sunday night building a Colosseum sculpture to help put food on the tables of families in need.
Using non-perishable food and their computer model, the students completed the project at The Gardens Mall for Canstruction 2015, an international charity of the design and construction industry that locally benefits the Palm Beach County Food Bank.
